There's a kind of tired that doesn't go away with a nap. It's the tired that sits in your shoulders, your jaw, the back of your eyes — the kind that comes from holding everything together for everyone else. This sound bath is a chance to put that down for an hour. You'll settle in under the pine treaas and a gentle breeze, and let sound do what words can't. Crystal bowls, layered frequency, and the slow, steady pull of your own breath easing your body out of "on" and into "still." There's a touch of forest bathing woven in too, letting nature's own rhythm do part of the work. And every so often, a little ancestral flavor finds its way in. The low pulse of a drum, the shake of a rattle. Nothing to perform, nothing to understand, just another layer of sound for your body to receive. No goals, no talking, no "getting it right." Just an hour of calm restoration, the kind your body has been quietly asking for. Why now: This is offered live, in person, only a few times a year, so if your body has been asking you to slow down, this is the invitation.
